B4concepts works with Lasermedico's Service Department

B4concepts is member of Lasermedico and therefore works together with the Lasermedico Service department. This department has the primary task of maximizing reliability and operational safety of all equipment. To this end, an annual control and maintenance plan is formulated. They also ensure there is always someone on stand-by for fast intervention in the case of breakdown.
 

The service department’s warehouse contains the most up to date parts for various instruments, in order to provide a fast solution if defects arise.
In most cases, the service department is able to organize a replacement instrument should circumstances not allow a fast solution.
